New Year’s Eve calls for some fancy hor d’oeuvres. The grocery stores are filled with live lobster and king crab legs. It is a day to really splurge and enjoy the more decadent things in life. This shrimp spread looks really pretty, and who doesn’t like shrimp cocktail? And a little cream cheese never hurt anybody. Serve this at your New Year’s Eve party and your guests will sing your praises.
(2) 8 oz packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
(2) 12oz jars of Cocktail Sauce
1lb of fully cooked small Salad Shrimp tails removed
Spread cream cheese onto a shallow platter.
Pour cocktail sauce over cream cheese and spread.
Top with shrimp. Beautiful isn’t it? Refrigerate and serve cold. Serve with Crackers.
